Customer Service/Front Desk Representative


Job Summary: Our organization is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic skilled customer focused individual to join our team. This candidate should have strong communication skills and be well trained in service offerings as well as product knowledge.


Job Description:

  • Interact with the company’s customers on a daily basis

  • Ability to address any customer inquiries on therapeutic services, bookings, policies etc.

  • Serve as the face of the organization

  • Meeting the expected requirements as discussed

  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times

  • Volunteer in occasional vendor/partner/giving back programs

  • Attend all Bodyworks company meetings


Required Skills:

  • Data entry and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Industry knowledge/ability to retain new knowledge

  • Ability to relay client inquiries to upper management

  • Ability to address client needs in a professional manor

  • In depth knowledge of offerings across the organizations therapeutic solutions

  • 1+ years experience preferred but not required

  • Reliable transportation
